Refund policy
SIRIMON RETURN POLICY TERMS AND CONDITIONS & PRE-ORDER
Requests for returns must be made within 72 hours of receiving your item. Returned item/s must reach us within 14 days. Upon receipt of your return, please allow 2-3 business days for processing.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. SIRIMON reserves the right to reject any item/s that are not returned in their original condition, lacking attached tags, exhibiting signs of body odors or fragrance, as well as any marks or stains. Such items will be promptly returned to the customer. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds are not provided for decisions based on a change of mind. Additionally, refunds are not extended to customers who decline to cover import duties and taxes.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a confirmation email, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We will not be held liable for any item/s returned to a location other than the one we provide.

COST OF RETURNS
Return expenses are the responsibility of the customer, as we do not provide complimentary return services. In the event that the package does not reach us securely, we will not be able to proceed with the return process. It is strongly advised to utilise a postal service with tracking capabilities to avoid any potential complications.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, with supporting imagery at customercare@sirimonofficial.com so that we can evaluate the issue and determine the next course of action.
Upon return, all items will undergo thorough assessment and evaluation by Sirimon, with careful consideration given to accompanying imagery. It should be noted that items deemed faulty by our assessment do not include those that have been previously worn.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
No cancellations or changes can be made once pre-order items have been confirmed and placed. Please allow up to 14 working days once orders have been placed for us to proceed and ship your order to your located destination.
Pre-orders may require up to 14 working days for processing, production, and delivery. Please note that the timeframe could vary by plus or minus 14 days depending on your location.
SALES/PROMOTIONAL ITEMS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale/promotional items or gift cards.
CANCELLATION POLICY
No cancellations or changes can be made once an order has been placed.
DUTY AND IMPORT TAXES
We do not provide refunds to customers who decline to pay import duties and taxes. Please be advised that it is the customer's responsibility to cover duty and import tax payments.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
